What Are Nivia's Delivery Options?
During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date. We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • Free for orders of $150 AUD or more.
  • $15 for orders under $150 AUD.
  • Typically arrives within 7–11 business days.

Express Delivery

  • Typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

Additional Information

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Processing and delivery times may be longer during public holidays.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package-forwarding services.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
